Furniture

Creating unique custom furniture that exceeds customer expectation has been the goal of Hammer design from the start. with a true passion for design and woodworking we are constantly creating and customizing furniture for all of our clients. We specialize in dining room tables, wine cellars, custom kitchens and more. We love to be challenged and to create new designs that last a lifetime for our clients.

Residential

We offer in home consultations, creating custom pieces to fit into your home, Hammer Design can do everything residential from cabinetry making, custom built ins, individual pieces to entire rooms such as libraries, kitchens, wine rooms, play rooms, etc. 

Commercial

Hammer Design has done commercial for many years, our work can be seen in such restaurants and hotels all across the country. Some examples include, Beatrix Chicago, The Graduate Hotels in Minnesota, West Virginia, & Milwaukee, Bottled Blond, Dallas TX, Built Burgers in LA, Big Vinny's Chicago, and the list goes on. We can do tables, bars, custom built ins, Wall installations, etc.

Artwork

Owner and artist Ari Smejkal has been painting for years. He uses unique and different mediums to create one of a kind pieces for his clients. Commission pieces available upon request, paintings can be seen at Habertash-Chicago, Hammer Design Instagram, and Trove in Portage Michigan.
